AccelRate Power Systems Inc., formerly Key Capital Group Inc., was incorporated
in British Columbia in 1989. We are publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange
under the trading symbol “APS” and also trade on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange under the trading symbol “KCG”
Key Capital Group historically acquired a number of licenses to market
unique technologies. In July 1999, the company acquired the exclusive worldwide
rights to a unique and synergistic energy/power component technology under
commercial development, a Sequential Pulse Method for Fast Battery Charging.
As a result of more than five years of battery and charger research and
development, AccelRate’s charger technology has successfully entered the
commercialization phase and is now being used by customers in Canada, the U.S.,
Europe and Asia.
